Abstract

Abstrak
Penderita tekanan darah tinggi pada saat ini bukan hanya menyerang usia lansia saja tetapi juga menyerang usia pralansia. Tingginya angka kejadian tekanan darah tinggi ini pada pralansia disebabkan oleh pola gaya hidup yang tidak sehat seperti seiringnya makan makanan yang asin, makanan bersantan, mengonsumsi kopi dan jarang nya berolah raga. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian senam tera dan konsumsi puding kelor terhadap tekanan darah pada penderita hipertensi. Desain penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Pre Eksperimen dengan one grup pre test – post test design. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 116 dengan jumlah sampel 25 responden dengan tehnik Purposive Sampling. Instrument yang digunakan berupa lembar kuesioner dan lembar observasi. Data analisa menggunakan uji Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test untuk menguji pre test dan post test. Hasil analisis menggunakan uji Wilcoxon, dengan hasil pre-test sebagian besar (64%) responden dalam kategori hipertensi tingkat 1, hasil post-test menunjukkan hampir seluruhnya (84%) responden dalam kategori pra-hipertensi. Hasil pre-test dan post-test menunjukkan (P Value = 0,00) yang artinya ada pengaruh pemberian senam tera dan konsumsi puding kelor terhadap tekanan darah. Pada senam tera terdapat latihan fisik yang dapat meningkatkan kondisi jantung sehingga bisa menurunkan tekanan darah dan konsumsi puding kelor terdapat kandungan kalium dan potassium yang dapat menurunkan tekanan darah. Disarankan penderita hipertensi usia pralansia mampu mengontrol tekanan darah secara rutin, menjaga pola makan dan mengaplikasikan terapi kombinasi senam tera dan konsumsi puding kelor sebagai upaya untuk menurunkan tekanan darah.

Abstract
Individuals with high blood pressure not only target the elderly but also the pre-elderly. Pre-elderly adults have a high rate of high blood pressure, which is brought on by bad lifestyle choices including drinking coffee, eating a lot of salty or coconut milk-containing foods, and not exercising much. The purpose of this study is to ascertain how delivering tera exercise and drinking Moringa pudding affect the blood pressure of people who suffer from hypertension in X village, Kediri Regency. Pre Experiment with one group pre-test-post-test design was the study design employed. Using the Purposive Sampling approach, a sample size of 25 respondents was selected from the research population of 116. Questionnaires and observation are the instruments employed. The pre-test and post-test were tested using the Wilcoxon Signe Rank Test as part of data analysis. The Wilcoxon test was used to analyze the data, and while the majority of respondents (64%) fell into the level 1 hypertension category on the pre-test, the majority of respondents (84%) fell into the pre-hypertension category on the post-test. The findings of the pre- and post-tests indicate that there is a relationship between the consumption of moringa pudding and tera workouts and blood pressure (P Value = 0.00). There are physical exercises in terra gymnastics that can help the heart's condition to lower blood pressure and cholesterol. Potassium and potassium found in moringa pudding help lower blood pressure. Research has shown that pre-eildeirly hypertensive individuals are able to regulate their blood pressure appropriately, maintain their diet, and use a combination of exercise and consumption of Moringa pudding as a means of lowering their blood pressure.
